Palermo Ward in Belgrano Stake, Buenos Aires

These pictures are from the Relief Society birthday party back months ago, but I just found them again.  This is the ward we attend with one of the other missionary couples.  It is just three stops away by subte.  In the Juncal Chapel there are two wards, Juncal and Palermo.  We attend Barrio (Ward) Palermo.

Our goodies for the day.  The sandwiches here are purchased at a pananderia and always have the crusts trimmed off!
Sandwiches are often egg salad , tomato and basil and ham and cheese.
The Relief Society Logo
Here the Relief Society is the Sociedad de Socorro. "Charity Never Faileth" gets a little longer..."La Caridad Nunca Deja de Ser" but the love of the sisters is always the same!

Downstairs Hall
If you don't see a foyer with couches, it is because there isn´t one.  In fact there is no place to go except to the bathrooms or classrooms if you leave a meeting.

Shannon Richie, Simone, Pamela Mori, Rebeca
I am still trying to learn the names.  For most I only know their first names.  Pamela Mori is our Relief Society President.  Simone is Brazilian and is one of her counselors.  Rebeca is the former Relief Society President.

Only some of the sisters: Me, Shannon, Simone, Karen, Marcela, Sara, ?, Rebeca, Pamela
