In Bahia Blanca we did a training of the leaders of the ward and stake. This is the group of stake and ward leaders plus me on the left and Ariel Chaparro, our boss, on the right. In the middle is Analberto Mansilla in the grey suit and to his right, Gerardo di Marchi
We had a great time doing this presentation. We explained to the stake and ward leaders about using LDSjobs.org to help members of the ward create their Curriculum Vitae (CV)and to find work. We also did a presentation of the Career Workshop (Taller de Autosuficiencia Laboral or TAL) which I call the Mini-TAL. It is the short (1 hour or less) version of the 12 hour workshop I normally do in 3 days. At least it gives them an idea of what is taught and of the value to the members to learn techniques for making phone calls, creating a CV and doing interviews.

Seeing Gerardo Di Marchi again was a treat. He has the same twinkle in his eye that President Hinckley, the former president of our church, always had. I first met him last September when we had a seminar for all the directors of the employment centers or CREs in the areas where Ariel Chaparro is the manager. Basically Buenos Aires province and all of Patagonia (basically all provinces south of Buenos Aires. Gerardo is funny and kind and fun.

| This is some of the roadside lakes or swamps that you see along the way in the Province of Buenos Aires. |
Buenos Aires is the Capital of Argentina. It is also the name of the province that surrounds it and extends south of the Mar de Plata river which our office overlooks.

| Couldn´t pass up a chance to snap this picture of a railroad sign. So much cuter than the crossed railroad tracks that you see in the states. |
