Peanut butter balls / Peanut butter granola

This is the second of my recipes to use dry milk. The basic recipe came from the children's show "ZOOM!" on PBS. I played with it and developed the granola bar recipe. It's especially good when kept in the freezer so it's chewy. There are no exact amounts on this recipe. You just add by taste and look.

Peanut butter balls / Peanut butter granola

Basic recipe:

Put some peanut butter in a cup.
Sweeten with honey to taste.
Work dry milk into the recipe until the mix is of a play dough consistency.
Roll into bite size balls or flatten out and cut into squares with a pizza cutter. Store in air tight container or sandwich bag.

You can add oatmeal, raisins or other dried fruit cut small, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmellows. You may want to use less dry milk if you are adding the oatmeal.

This is an easy, quick breakfast that is high protein and if you add the fruit and/or oatmeal it's high fiber also!
