Had a wonderful Sunday. First Karen and I got to go to a special Stake Conference in Banfield Stake. Our boss, Ariel Chaparro is the Stake President. He gave a wonderful talk. Then the Mission President and his wife, Michael and Susan Stapley spoke. But there was still more. Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the 12 and his wife, Mary also spoke. What a great conference!
Afterwards we went to Ariel's house and had a sumptious meal with his family and the Stapleys.

For the people from my home stake. Yes, we are pretty sure that Ron Stapley , our former Stake President in the Platte City Stake is a cousin to this Mission President. Michael said something about an uncle Blaine who had a son named Ronald.
